MEAT FAST!!! Q's!
OK, today I started a meat fast because lately I havent lost ANYTHING... actually started gaining. I want to get back down to 127 (have to loose 7-10 pounds) I've tried everythng else (been eating lowcarb like I regularly do for 3 months... raise calories, lower calories, lowered carbs, highered them, eliminated sweetners, etc.) But ok, I wanted to know.... on the Meat Fast, are there a certain amount of calories I should be taking in? How long should I stick to it? and what kinda pounds should i loose on it? Any help would be nice! Thanks!!
