Default fontaynlog!

so starting gym log hoping it will keep me accountable
the way the journal and the forums i read and post on
do with my eating . . .or WOE as i should possibly start
saying.

9.june 2005
45 minutes elliptical trainer

sadly that is all for today
hope to pick up the pace
beg. monday.
my gym is closed on sunday
which is good and bad, bad
because then i get lazy and
don't even exercise at home
when i could just do a tape
or something. good because-
? oh well. if i think of a good
i'll try to remember it when i'm
feeling gym deprived on a sunday.

a lot of water but must be very dehydrated.
hardly had to go to teh bathroom at all. sorry
TMI. *eyeroll* anyway, started to get a headache
around 7 pm and decided to forego the gym.
TOMORROW!!! sigh.

in a (vain?) effort to combat my feeling of
awfulness from eating two servings of dinner
last night, i'm adding a bikram yoga class to
my usual 45 min of cardio workout. also
finally getting into the regular pilates regimen.
hoping that will really make a difference as i was
a dancer for 14 years (hence the name: like
margot fontayn, figured it was the closest i'd
ever get hehe) and maybe my body will remember
what it used to be like. muscles have memory,
right? i feel like i read that. anyway, pilates is
much more my style than weights.

if i haven't passed out in the shower, i will post again
when i finish the "sweat your hair off" bikram class.
