Question Does anyone get this "Really full feeling" after eating carbs?

I always feel better when I eat low carb. But... sometimes I'm bad and then I feel really "full" and "stuffed" Does this happen to anyone else?

Yep you betcha! Its your bodys way of saying, ewwwww, don't do that to meee!!! lol
Eat enough sugar/carbs, and you can even wake up in the morning with a 'carb hangover', not fun!
Just stick to it and keep feeling great! When you are tempted to cheat, just think about that feeling.
Take care!

Kind of a feeling? Whenever I fall off the wagon (birthday cake!) my clothes seem to shrink for a few hours. Not comfortable and yes, it does serve as a reminder as to why I don't eat high carb/low fat anymore.
