I've heard mixed opinions on Molitol... some people love it, others experience stalls because of it. I guess it all depends on how your body deals with it. I'd give it a try to see what happens. If you can eat the bars and still lose, great! If you seem to stall, just stop eating them. I wonder how good they taste! I've been curious to see if a Sorbee choco bar and a glass of soy milk is anything like the real thing!

I tried it!!! The Dark Chocolate kind (found it at Wal-mart)...was kinda scared to eat it given the information on how those sugar alcohols can affect "digestion"....but I did eat some. Remember the stats for the portion is 1/6 of a bar or about 4 tiny squares.

First night had 1/6, same 2nd night...3rd night, brought the remaining bar to the movies to munch on (better than inhaling that popcorn).....polished it off....wanted more.

I am happy to report that I had no stomach issues with this chocolate, however have decided not to purchase more at this time because I can see how this can become addictive and cause problems...sigh....!!!

You may want to read the quick link on the right side called "The truth about low carb sweeteners info" for more info about this stuff.
