Default Slim Forever by Dr Robert Harris

Is anyone using this way of eating plan?? If you are, do you strictly stick to no carbs at all until the evening meal? I am finding that so difficult. Then I am allowed 45 carbs for the day which is governed according to my weight.
Just interested to know how others on this plan are doing.
