Default My schedule

just wanted to let you all know that I got the full-time training position at the facility I was applying to (bigger facility, more opportunity) ...

But it also put a change in my schedule. I will be around here lurking and posting during the daytime hours now, rather than the night hours as I used to.

Oh, and I will be around more now too. My old schedule was a bit crazy, but it's pretty much set now.

just busy, getting settled in at a new gym ... you know ... that kind of stuff ...

Plus, my own training is in full swing. I spend a good amount of time on that.

The good thing about working evenings is that I can cook and eat breakfast and lunch at home. Saves big $$, and I can control what I am eating. LOL. And the new place has a kitchen so I can take food in and heat it up.

Dan, oh how I wish you were in Austin! Would love to find a like-minded trainer here. I read your posts on the "What is BFL?" thread (that guy was so frustrating!), and you are my hero!
