Default Blue Cheese Dressing

Question:

Marie's Blue Cheese dressing states 0 carbohydrates (in the vegetable section of the supermarket)

But on the Atkins website, it lists as having carbs. Which is correct????

Also, on induction, I believe you are only alloted 2 tablspoons of cream a day. Does this include heavy cream/sour cream/any cream....total? or 2 tablespoons of each per day?

Good question!

The heavy cream that I buy says 0 carb per tablespoon on the label but Atkins lists heavy cream as having carbs. Same for sour cream. Which do I count?

Have you tried using the Hidden carbs inspector? It is one of the helpful tools provided in the forum

I usually go by what Atkin's says or Fitday because I would rather over estimate than under estimate. I have products such as cream and stuff that says no carbs but I still count the carbs through fitday.

(Different person, but same question about blue cheese.)

Yup, tried the Hidden Carbs Inspector. When I check my blue cheese with it, I get a negative number. I wish food labelling was more straightforward - I'm getting a headache trying to figure out how many carbs are really in the foods I eat...
