New Member with PCOS

NICE TO MEET YOU ALL! I'm a 25 year old teacher in central Florida. I've been gaining weight over the past year or so, and we didn't know why. Now we know that I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. I started taking medication, and now I am on a low carb diet. I'm not on any particular plan. I'm just changing my eating habits for now. I am insulin resistant, and the medication I am taking is really helping my carb cravings. I don't have any!

Well, I just wanted to introduce myself. Hope you all are doing well!
