Default question

I have been stalled for about 8wks now. I cut out the low carb candy and alcohol (just vodka but still). Because those were the only things I had added to my diet, I've been on induction since October b/c I love it. But I was wondering if something you've been eating all along could suddenly start stalling you, such as diet soda or sugar free jell-o, I wouldnt think that it would since it never stalled me before but I wasnt sure.

You may want to look at the calories that you are taking in...induction isn't meant to last forever, especially if you have been losing.
You may also want to add in some exercise as you may have plateaued.
Walking, stretching, going up the stairs...parking further away from the door to work or anywhere. Going to the gym.

I found when I stalled and started adding in only 5-10 grams more of carbs that I was able to lose again.

Maybe you can try that?

I was going to suggest the same thing Jennifer suggested...especially since you're close to goal. Going through OWL helps heal your metabolism and many people have reported that adding carbs has gotten loss going again. There are very good reasons why Dr. Atkins' plan has four steps and all of them are important for weight loss...as well as long-term success in keeping the weight off. Exercise is more important the closer you get to goal also.
