Default My Whoosh!

Don't want to hurt myself patting myself on the back, but after about a 5-6 week stall - I really did break it! I dropped from 166# to 159.5 in about 1 week. Hopefully will continue on this new trend.

I know that there are those of us out there that need to know there is hope in breaking stalls. Keep LCing and tweek your diet with the stall tip busters you can find here and in other sites...

Default Thanks!

Thanks guys! The most noticable thing I've done is upon reading the stall tips, I decided to cut out the cheese, the peanuts, and the mushrooms. Also went back to almost induction type foods - meats, salads, and a few veges. Cut out even the "allowed" desserts and goodies, which can make for a boring diet, but right now I am too excited by the whoosh to really be bothered by that. I really hope this continues to help. Maybe closer to maintenance I can pick up the variety again...
