I went to visit my parents over the holidays and was a bit worried about their reaction to finding out I'm on Atkins.

Well...they were delighted to find me a LOT lighter and wanted to know all about it.

Next thing I know they bought the book and are both on Atkins. Good stuff!

My parents were equally amazed at my weight loss in the last 9 weeks so they have also decided to try and shed a few pounds. Although they have decided on the south beach diet as they feel also the low carb thing is the way to go they feel south beach is healthier who knows but at least its getting others motivated LOL.
