Default Ratios please!!!

Could someone please let me know what the ratios for protein/carbs/fat etc should be for a day. Thanks in anticipation.

I asked this question a few days ago so I know that the answer is approx. 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carb. This is in terms of where your calories come from, not necessarily the volume of each thing that you eat (fats are very high in calories, of course, so it is easier to eat the high percentage above than you might think).

I've heard closer to 70/25/5, but also that it depends on how close you are to your goal. Once you get closer to goal, fat should drop down to around 65% as your carbs will be going up slightly until you find your CCLL and CCLM. Someone posted a while back that Dr. A consumed about 65% fat prior to his death. I don't know where that came from, but I know I definately lose better when the fat is high.
