Thumbs up yummy chicken salad

i'm sure a lot of people already make this but thought i would share it anyway.

1 med. chicken breast cubed and cooled
1 tblspn mayo
1tblspn cream cheese with chives
1tspn mustard
1 tspn dill relish
bacon bits

mix it all together and enjoy.

lucerne makes a whipped cream cheese with chives thats 1 carb per 2 tblspn and it's easier to mix.
sometimes i will also add some boiled egg.
i'm not exactly sure of the carb count but i count it as 2 carbs.

This sounds very good. I have some variants on that using enchilada sauce, or pesto, etc. I like the bacon bits and dill relish combination thought, that's unusual but probably tasty!
