Unhappy Cad Question

I am starting cad today for the upteen time. I have a question? How would this be? I decided to eat my cad reward meal at noon, unless there is a special dinner going on, then eat only salad, maybe with some meat at dinner. I alway's over do at the evening meal.
Does this sound okay?

I think the main thing about the reward meal is to be consistent with it. Also, even though they say evening is best overall, if you overdo it in the evening, it may not be best for you. Sounds like you have a good plan.
