Default Wow watch your seasonings

I am really disappointed to find that black pepper, and garlic powder have high carb counts. I enjoy them, and had been using them pretty liberally. So beware if you were unaware!

I wouldnt think you would need to worry too much .
I looked them both up on my 'diet power' program and black pepper has only 1.3 carbs per teaspoon and garlic powder has 2 grams per teaspoon.
I can see you could use the garlic powder in quantities to keep your eye on but the pepper?
