Default I maxed a stack!

Friday is officially back on the pony! *diva snap*

Last year, one of the highlights of my exercise life was maxing a leg press machine. I've been lifting again since the 2nd week of January, and I just maxed my second stack, this time on calf press. On this lift, the weight rests on your shoulders while the front of your feet stand on a bar. You lift by flexing the calves to stand on your toes.

495 lbs, 6 reps - and I could have done more but the gym was full and ppl were waiting.

Yeee HA!

And that leg press has til Wednesday to head for the border. It's arse is mine!

Cheers,

Friday

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You are the (wo)man!!!

I saw a picture of Schwarzenegger - who had similar problem, maxing out the calf press - with a guy standing on the shoulder pads - adding 200 MORE lbs:-)
(I try to scan and post the picture.)

So go ahead, ask a guy in the gym to hop on your shoulder (pads) :-)
