Thin AND Wrinkle-free!!!
I just had to share this. The current issue of the magazine/newsletter Bottom Line Personal (Nov. 15) has a cover article called "The Wrinkle-Cure Diet" written by a dermatologist and professor at Michigan State University. His recommendations to prevent wrinkles are as follows:
1. Eat plenty of protein.
65gr/day for women, 80gr/day men
2. Eat lots of fish especially salmon. If you don't like fish eat flaxseed or flaxseed oil (4 teaspoons) every day.
3. Dark green veggies
4. Olive oil. 2 tablespoons/day
5. Low-glycemic foods
6. Berries
7. Antioxidant supplements
8. Lots of water
Who knew that eating low carb could prevent wrinkles too?!
