Talking Yippeeeeee! Inches/Pounds Lost!!!
I have been going to Curves for one month. They weigh and measure you when you start and then again each month. Today I had my first re-weigh/re-measure and (drum roll, please......)

In one month I am down 12 pounds and 10.5 inches total!!!!

Whooohoooo!

I could hardly wait to get home to share it with you all.

there's actually a Curves on my block where i live. My mom wants to join but i told her not to.....is it really that good?
