Default Induction Results after 2 weeks

Today marks the end of my first two weeks on the Atkin's Induction. I have lost 12.5lbs and feel rather well. My appetite seems VERY surpressed...Like yesterday I did not eat until 2pm and I still wasn't hungry.

I do plan on continuing the induction phase for at least another month so I can make sure to reach my mini-goal.

Just wanted to sy thanks for all the support and info and keep up the good work!!!

Welcome to the Forum,

You are doing great. Make sure you get alot of water and even though you are not hungry you should nibble on a little something.

Congratulations on your weight loss! I lost 12 lbs in my first two weeks and then stalled on the third week. But I picked back up and started losing again. I was the same way at first, never being hungry. I'm never in starvation mode, but ready to eat at meal time. Don't forget that by not eating you could stall your metabolism! You want to keep it stoked up and working all the time! Good luck on your diet journey!

Congratulations!!!

And please do keep in mind that it is not unusual to lose no weight during the next two weeks. Have you measured? If not, measure now so if you stop loosing pounds you'll know if you're loosing inches - which is just as important!
