Default It's working again y'all !!

After tightening up and looking closely again at my daily eating, I saw some errors. I was overeating, and I believe the cigs, coffee, and seasoned pork rinds were slowing me down to a non weight loss status.
I corrected the items, started measuring my food and using the fitday counter again to keep =< 20 grm per day, made sure water intake was => 100 oz daily - and have dropped another 3 pounds
I so want to get to my goal of 185, which is only 8 lbs away !!
Just an update, since I did so much whining a couple weeks ago
Thanks for the suggestions.
peace/out

That strictness almost always works... it's way too easy to let things slip and start snacking a lot and eating just oo much legal stuff..in a sense going to maintenance. Congrats for your 3 pounds! send me that whoosh fairy
