Default Weekly losses?

Sounds like a great idea....I'd be posting about once a month, unfortunately, if that.....

Nine pounds in two weeks is enviable! You're doing great!

Although I went to my doctor's this afternoon for my first monthly visit to her she was thrilled at my loss. 5lbs in a month. Uknown to her I have been aware of this 5lbs and have been at a stall for two weeks now....hehehe..so no once a week for me either...LOL

Wendy

2 more weeks to go and stall should be over

Hmm, we can actually open up a seperate sub-forum for tracking progress (weekly or monthly for those interested), posting food journals, pics etc. How's that?

Thumbs up Weekly/monthly check-in

Not a bad idea at all. Just so long as folks also remember to keep their stats in their profiles updated too, so that nifty Member Weight Tracker on the main forum page stays up to date...

And Debbie, we lub you too!

Doreen, whose stats haven't changed in so long, I could probably just copy and paste from one week to the next..
