Default Yikes !! I gained some back :(

11 days into induction here.
I lost 12 lbs on first week, now I am back at 217, 6#
gained back I am on fitday, if someone can please look and see
what I might be doing wrong here . I am thinking it may be my sweet tooth and the cinnamon/splenda - heavy cream and splenda with jell-o.
My total carb count has been between 16-22 a day. What happened ?
I'm scared and don't want to go backward.

First off we all fluctuate. Everything we eat and drink has weight.

Make sure you weigh at the same time of day, preferably every week not daily.

Second, take measurements NOW! Sometimes the tape measure will prove progress the scale won't.

Relax...

JohnnyMo - Don't get discouraged. As others have said, your weight fluctuates a lot on this. I agree that we should only weigh once or twice a week...I know when I do it daily, I get discouraged and upset when I see a gain so I can totally relate. Stick with it!

My weight goes up and down like a yo-yo but but the overall trend is down. Stick with it & it will come off.
