Default I'm soooo excited!!!

I'm so happy with this way of life. I can honestly say it's working for me, and it's been fairly easy. Even times when I thought I'd step on the scale and see a 1 or 2 pound weight gain, I've stayed the same or lost. Now, I'm only 6 pounds away from being the lowest I've been in 7 years. That's the lowest I've been since I got married.

So my first little mini goal is going to be to get to 231 pounds. My husband will have never known me at that weight.....

I am glad that this life style works for you! Like you I have found eating low carb very easy. No longer haveing to way and measure everything feels so good! It is far easier to just track my carb level. For me its been over a year now, never have I been able to change my eating style so easily. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, isn't this a blast? I'm piling on butter, oil, fats and seasonings; my food never tasted so good! A "diet" that allows for heavy cream, full fat cheeses, butter, lots of whole eggs (I LOVE eggs)?! Oh, and more calories than I've ever eaten before? And then I get on the scale and it either stays the same or goes down? I'm still in disbelief sometimes. I actually started eating this way as a little experiment (my goal weight is probably too low as I'm pretty darn healthy right now) to see how it would affect my weight, mood, and cholesterol. I'll have the latter checked in a few months, but so far so good with the rest!
