I never really had a water consumption problem before.
I use to be able to consume 64 oz easily in a day.
However, since I have cut out milk, juice, and Diet Pepsi I
have totally lost interest in drinking water. I think I am completely
bored with it. Lemon or lime is not an option....yuck!
So.....
I know I have to drink it and I keep forcing it down but it
takes effort now. The past week I quit trying and ended up
with sore muscles. Thought it might be related (probably is)!
Hopefully it's just an awful phase and my love of water will return.
Until then I will fill up the cup, drink quickly through a straw and
deam of apple juice!!!
