Over the last year, I lost 25 pounds. Woot. I'm glad the pounds are
gone and I look smaller, but now I'm a saggy baggy blob. My legs are saggy,
my arms are flappy, and my butt wiggles, not a pretty picture at all.
I heard about a program that is suppose to get anyone in shape in only 10 weeks.... so, I'm going to try it.
Here is the instructions for week 1:
Week 1
Brisk walk to warm up. Alternate 60 second jogging than 90 seconds of walking for 20 mins.
I'm also going to add climbing the stairs to my routine. Just the regular stairs in our house. I just huffed and puffed up them 5 times, as that was all I could do. Didn't think to note how long it took me to do it, but I was sure out of breath afterward, so it must have been good.
I might add some leg kicks, too, as the flabby butt is really bothering me! Funny, I didn't notice I was so loose until I started losing weight. I still need to lose 50 more pounds, give or take 10 pounds or so and I don't want it to get worse..... though I am not above a bit of nick and tuck at some point!!
