Cool The Olive ?

Can't find this out. When can you start eating olives? OWL....? I didn't see them on the induction list. Thanks

it's allowed on indcution:

Special Category Foods
To add variety, each day you can also eat 10 to 20 olives , half a small avocado, an ounce of sour cream or three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream, as well as two to three tablespoons of lemon juice or lime juice. But be aware that these foods occasionally slow down weight loss in some people, and may need to be avoided in the first two weeks. If you seem to be losing slowly, moderate your intake of these foods.

I munched on a few black olives (8) a few days ago, man were they good!! Just something different for variety. Yummy!

20 olives were my staple after-dinner snack during Induction. They never caused me any problems at all.

Now I love 'em best on a spinach salad with sundried tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, crumbled Italian sausage, asiago cheese and sundried tomato mayo. Yummy!

I have loved having 10-20 black olives for a snack at night. Really helped during induction when I was feeling queasy. Didn't seem to affect weight loss.
