Hi,

I just bought a few Atkins bars because I'm tired of snacking on cheese.

I see that it has 21g of Carbohydrate/Glucides but on the front, it says the Net Atkins Count is 2g.

Does that mean I'm only consuming 2g of Carb (digestible)?

There are other low-carb protein bars at the store and some have the same amount of carb listed on the back but it doesn't give a "net carb" count?

Do you think those have very few digestible carb as well?
