Default welll

I am down to once at night !

I just had to find the proper spacing for my water or else I was always running to the potty as well. Play around with it.

Talking Bathroom breaks

I know what you mean! For me, I am still getting up 1-2 times a night. I have stopped drinking anything 2 hours before I go to bed. That does seem to help. However, during the day I think I spend more time in a bathroom stall then I do at my desk! I was thinking about asking my doctor for a catheter! LOL Just kidding. I figure that the water not only flushes the fat out of my system with a side effect of excercise (running to the toilet)!

Default Water makes you PEEEEEE

I went through that as well. I woke up 2-3 times a night and I am sure my co-workers thought I had serious problems because I would go to the bathroom about every 45 minus.

But, there is good news!

I drink more water now then I did when I started and I am glad to say I pee like a normal person!

It will get better hang in there.

It does get better! But you can help things along by not drinking for a few hours before bedtime. I space my water out between the time I get up (close to 7AM) and supper time (around 6PM), and I don't drink any after that. That gives me 11 hours to drink my 11 cups of water, so I try to average a cup an hour.
