Hi Laurie,
I've basically stayed on induction since the start, however I did add a few of the approved "treats" (nuts, seeds, an Atkins Peanut Butter Cup or Two ). And whenever the weight lost stopped, I would drop all non-induction foods and in a 2-3 days I would start to see the scale move again.
So drop back to strict induction (with lots and lots of water) and give it a week, you should see the scale start moving a bit. However you don't have much to lose and so it will be slow, just stay on plan and it will work for you. Enjoy the ride, don't just focus on reaching the destination. Oh and ...
