Gas Problems
I have been doing the south beach and atkins since nov 03, had lost 18 pds, gained 4 back when I quit smoking, this past week and a half, I have had such a problem with gas. I have tried Beano, that won't touch it, also have tried a liquid substance, barely touches it, I haven't had any cheese since 2:00 yesterday. Last night I had Scallops and a small salad. This morning A breakfast Bar (Atkins) Then I had a rost pork sandwich with butter and mustard on low carb pita bread still having gas, The only thing I had to drink was coffee with skim milk (been using skim for a couple of Years) and water. Any body have a clue??
