almond flour substitutes
I'm making some low-carb cupcakes this evening for a LC friend's birthday party, using the Chocolate Cupcake recipe at http://lowcarbluxury.com/recipes/recipe-cake10.html. The recipe calls for 2 cups almond flour, which I'm completely unable to find and don't have time to order. I did find soy flour at the grocery store, though. Can I substitute the soy flour for the almond flour, and would I need to alter the quantities at all?
