Trucker's Exercise Logbook
Ok.... ::::Big Deep Breath:::: I am exercising. Period. Do I want to? No. I hate to exercise. There. I wrote it. Why? Because it hurts. EVERYWHERE. But then I remember that if I don't exercise I'll never truly be fit. So.. I'm back where I started. I am exercising. ::Big Deep Breath:: Ok...Whatdya mean it doen't count just WATCHING the video??? Sheesh! Ok, Ok.. I'm up.
I did 7 minutes of The Firm:Basics. That's my first goal for this week. Also a series of physical therapy exercises for my lower back.
I do my exercise 'routine' in my truck. An area of roughly 3' x 4' "T" shape. It's in front of my bunk and in between the drivers and passenger seats up front. Not a lot of room, but I don't have access to a gym everyday because I never know where I'll be one day to the next. So I use my tv/vcr in my truck. That way I know I have no excuse. I just have to pop the tape in. My goals are to work my triceps, inner thighs and all of my stomach. These are my worst areas and need the most work right now.
