Exclamation Is this ok for my 3rd Week of induction?

Hey...I have lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks on induction..The last 2 days though i had 4 strawberries and some cool whip...like 3 tbs...is this ok to have or did i blow the whole diet! HELP!!! IM SO CONFUSED!

no, you have not blown the whole diet. we all slip every once in a while. i wouldn't have anymore though since you're still on induction. it's hard to stay away from the fresh fruit this time of year, but remember, there will be more fresh fruit next year and you'll be so much thinner and healthier if you stay on this WOE.

You're just fine, but maybe you might want to think about changing to OWL-you can have strawberries again, legally!! It might take some of the pressure/guilt off of you-sounds like you're doing a great job over-all, keep up the good work!

I had a strawberry the other day - they are a low carb fruit - so that is good
On the whipped topping...if it is the kind that comes in a plastic container, it may have hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils which are REALLY bad for you (they will throw you out of ketosis). The sugar part is obvious.
Try to make yourself some homemade whipped topping with heavy cream (if you are not allergic to milk) and splenda.
