Default weight watchers mousse

I just made a chocolate royale mousse, it was so yummy. I tweaked it to lower the carbs, package says 8.4g per 125ml serve. Instead of using trim milk I used half cream, half water (i may have used less cream). Skim milk has 12.5g carbs, milk has 12g per cup. Cream has around half that. I'm not sure what the total carb intake is but it's worth a try when you are desperate, I made 3 servings out of this, but know I could have made 4. My kids ate the other 2, my son was raving about it and saying how it was like a yoghurt (I didn't chill it long enough).

I've looked at those in the shops, never thought of substituting cream and water for the milk. Thanks!

I made my own 'mousse' the other day. Take one can of Nestle Reduced Fat cream, add Nestle baking cocoa and Splenda to your taste, and mix well. It was wonderful!
