I have started and re-started many times in the same year. Yes, I think it gets a little harder sometimes, but only when you've completely changed your metabolism back to old habits. The body has more changing to do once again.
That's why now, even if I blow it all out for a day or something (which I don't do anymore) I somehow don't go back to breads, pastas, etc...I still fairly maintain a LC base.
Whatever your case, just start again and be consistent. Slow and steady beats a fast failure! Hang in there, stay in touch with us!
