Default how much water is enough?

I find it hard to drink the 64oz of water and I was wondering if drinking something like Fruit 2o is okay? I'm hooked on iced coffee so I find drinking water too is tough. heehee maybe I should cut down on the iced coffee?

Definetly cut down on the coffee. Not only does it have some trace carbs, but the coffee will actuly dehydrate you making you need even more water.

64oz is the bare minimum. You should be doing more then that even. What really helps me is to just pack a water bottl around and sip from time to time. I get alot mroe water in, and I don't have to force myself to try and chug a glass.
