Definetly cut down on the coffee. Not only does it have some trace carbs, but the coffee will actuly dehydrate you making you need even more water.
64oz is the bare minimum. You should be doing more then that even. What really helps me is to just pack a water bottl around and sip from time to time. I get alot mroe water in, and I don't have to force myself to try and chug a glass.
