Angry I Need Some Help!

I started the Atkins diet on Friday. Today is Tuesday. I actually am pretty happy with the results so far. I have lost approx. 5 pounds and my clothes are looser. Never thought it would happen this fast. Problem is, I feel nauseous all of the time now. Even the thought of eating makes me want to be sick. I don't know what is wrong. I made the mock danish recipe this morning (the creme cheese, and egg) and I ended up not being able to keep it down. The thought of meat is just disgusting to me right now. (I used to love a good steak!) Any suggestions? Because if something doesn't change, I won't be doing well if I can stomach the foods. I am thinking about quitting just so I feel like eating again. Please help!
Thanks, this forum is great!!
