Smile Way of Eating For Life

Atkins is not really a diet but a way of eating - preferrably for life.
As u have already discovered it is easy to lose weight on this diet.

To maintain that weight it is important not to revert back to old habits. Ongoing maintenance is a balancing act. Getting the right balance of carbs for you so that u r not gaining or losing. The way to do that is to really GOOOOO SLLLOWW. Add another 5g of carbs, wait a few days to see if this affects your weight and continue like this until you reach your own carb level for maintaining the weight you want to keep.

Well done for losing almost all of it again and thinking ahead to see how you can avoid making the same mistake.
Take care
