Hi,
its day 3 on my induction diet and i seem more hungry today than the previous days is this normal?
i did weigh myself and i have lost 4 pounds in 3 days!
i did screw up yesterday i happened to stumble on a cadbury chocolate egg oh the next thing i new it was in my stomach.. how did that happen
maybe thats why im extra hungry today.

Uh...yeah. That's no good. For me, I got rid of cravings in the first 3-4 days of induction (NO SWEETS) and from then on it's been fairly smooth sailing.

It's true - eating sugar or other bad carbs can cause you to feel more hungry. Stick to induction foods and you will feel better.
