Default Did I screw up?

I have been doing induction for 3 weeks and tonight I had Pumpkin pie & a little ice cream. What will happen and what do I do now? I feel guilty....

You chalk it up to experience and get right back on track. One misstep in the sceme of things won't have much, if any, effect. If you let one slip become a binge, it's another story!!

No sense feeling guilty, you can get right back on track.

Hi FitnessGal,

First thing you do is accept that you are human, so you forgive yourself and move on.
All it really means is that you'll retain a bit of fluid for a few days, then you'll wind up back where you were. No need to panic.

Have a look at the great advice from the Confession Booth in this thread: After you cheat.

All the best, matey.

Rosebud
