Talking newbie on a mission

Hi everyone ,,,today is day one and it went well all things considered. Would like a few pointers how to get a good grip on the induction portion of this thing. I also have questions on brown bagging lunch's,,,I am a nurse and have to bring lunch or do the order out thing Thanks in advance for all you help ,,,,Pat

Hi, I'm a newbie as well and what's worked for me in the last week+:

Salad (can you order grilled chicken salad?) - remove croutons
I make salads at our cafeteria and add a grilled chicken breast or a hard boiled egg, cheese, diced turkey

I've also chosen grilled chicken w/cooked broccoli from the hot food line.

I usually have a small afternoon salad (mainly for the protein fix) - another egg, diced turkey, cheese, etc.
