Okay, I am so psyched! I'm drinking a gallon of water a day so it can't all be water weight right? Hoping to be down a significant amount in time for my little 'goblins' to bring home the Halloween candy!

Congratulations!

My husband and I started atkins on Tuesday he is down 10 pounds already..I couldn't believe it. Me I have lost 2.

That first flush of success! Don't let it psych you out when it does the normal slow down. Congrats on your decision to take control of your health. Don't be tempted by that stuff the kids bring home. There are lots of way better things to eat than halloween candy!
