I would have to say calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio. Take a supplement 2-3 times a day depending on the dosage. I believe ladies should take 1500 calcium and 750 magesium a day.

Potassium can help with muscles fatigue but it's the cal/mag that helps the soreness and twitching.

Make sure you drink lots of water too.

Before this WOE allowed me to set aside my BP meds, I was definitely losing potassium. If I had less than 2000mg of potassium a day I'd wake up at night with leg cramps.

Default maybe ask the dr?

I think maybe you oughtta ask the dr. about this. Not to freak you out, but I remember Micheal J. Fox's first symptom of Parkinson's was a pinkie finger that wouldn't stop moving.

But, as you can see here, a lot of people on LC have had that symptom, so maybe it is just potassium. Wouldn't you rather _know_ for sure if you can afford to see the dr.?
