YES, the Go Diet is where I got my yogurt info from that everyone seems to think I just pulled out from nowhere. I eat yogurt EVERY DAY... and lose about half a pound a day. It has accelerated my weight loss, I believe. Anyway I called Atkins about it and the rep was all shocked that I am eating yogurt and said to stop. Whatever. I only follow the carb counting part of Atkins really, I am starting to learn more from other books.

Very interesting.....You know my daughter is only 12 and she needed something different, so I let her have what ever she thought would be a good alternative and it was yogurt I have let her have it and it hasn't hurt her at all so far. I don't eat it but I won't rule out not ever eating it. I have seen so many people lose weight eating so many different things and that's the beauty of this WOE and WOL it is up to us to find the things that help or hurt us. An ongoing experiment to see what works the best for each of us! Thanks for the interesting post!

I don't know anything about the diet; I just wanted to say that when I saw this topic, I thought you were just cheering yourself on. You know, like "go team."
