Unhappy Help!!!!

This is my first time doing any of these messages and I am not really sure how they work! But anyway I will try my best.

I need a little help because I seem to be getting off my plan (PP). I had only lost about 10 pounds in 3 or 4 weeks so this past week I let myself cheat (on cereal and milk!). So now I am afraid of failing at this. Can anyone offer some support on making this easier? I really miss crackers and cereal. Thanks!

Only 10 pounds in 3 or 4 weeks?

Thanks a fantastic weight loss - you don't want it to be any higher.

I think the biggest thing you need to work on (which most of us still do) is to adjust your priorities and objectives and expectations from the "I want the weight gone by next Tuesday" to "I want a permanent way of life that I can life with and enjoy for the rest of my life."

That ain't easy - and no one here will say that it is. What we will say is that LC provides the one path that seems to have the most potential for long term success.

Now ask yourself another question. If you felt that "only" 10 pounds in 3 or 4 weeks was not enough, why on Earth would you let yourself cheat the following week? Think about that question carefully and honestly - you don't have to answer it here, only to yourself. You may be able to identify a self-defeating behavior that you need to overcome.

Keep the Faith.
