Regarding the meatloaf and Fitday...

It's essentially a dumbed down version of Fitday, but you can use it to enter all your recipe ingredients, and calculate the nutritional totals -- all the fats, carbs, protein, vitamens and minerals. Then you just make a custom food entry in Fitday, enter the numbers, provide the serving size, and no more guessing.
I haven't done it yet, but plan to soon with some of the great recipes I've seen posted here.
