Default wheat protein isolate

I've recently been trying to limit the amount of soy in my diet. I purchased some wheat protein isolate but am having trouble using it. I attempted several recipes on the website where I purchased it, however most weren't very good. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

trustycat, I think you may mean whey protein isolate.

I've tested out wheat protein isolate in some of my baking recipes and my honest opinion is blech! It also gave me an allergic reaction.

So maybe, it's just not a good thing!
