Question carbs in diet Snapple?

Hello, first time poster here.

Started Atkins for the second time one week ago with my Fiance. I've lost 6 pounds so far, so it's going pretty well.

We picked up some diet Snapple Lemon iced tea at the store, and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to count the carbs. The nutritional info is:

Calories: 0
Fat: 0
Total Carb: 1g
Sugars: 0
Protein: 0

Now, my question is do I count 1 carb or no carbs? I'm leaning towards 0 carbs because there are no calories and I'm guessing that carb is fiber.

Anybody got the answer? I already checked their website and didn't find any more information there.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Keith

Hi there, don't forget to go over to introductions and introduce yourself so everyone can welcome you. If the label says 1 carb then it should be counted as at least 1 carb. Beware, for some people artifical sweetners can cause some people to stall, along with citric acid. Water is the best drink.
