Kfc?????

If you look at the Nutritional Info inside Kentucky Fried Chicken, you'll see that an original recipie drumstick only has 4 carbs. How can this be??I'm sure it's still an average based on size, but is there any truth to this?????? I love KFC!!!!

I would say its a big no no, make your own chicken far less carbs!! there has been a few posts about kfc just recently if you look through them I am sure you will find them. Good luck

just found one so I put a post in it so it would bring it back to the front hope you see it before it goes again. If not it wont go that far!!
