Have you tried a specialty butcher? Some of the non-chain stores might make their own. But then the ingredient list might not be as reliable. If the sugar is away down the list, it might not be too bad. But most hot dog or sausage things have lots of sodium and maybe some fillers. Eat sparingly & be prepared to retain water.
